Tinctures are herbs in concentrated, liquid form for internal use. They are easy to dose. You drop the drops into a glass of water or directly into your mouth.

Mountain Watercress helps us reconnect with our spiritual nature. Both Mullein and Mountain Watercress have been used as protective herbs. Stinging Nettle gives us nourishment and the strength to stand in our own power and Marigold shines brightly and fearlessly.

Water, Ethanol 25-45%, Mullein root 15ml, Angelica root 5ml, Stinging nettle 5ml, Marigold 5ml.

Quantity: 30ml

Dosage: 10 - 20 drops maximum 3 times as needed.
