Pay by card and via Klarna
At Örtfabriken, you can choose to pay with all major bank cards. We are connected to Shopify Payments. This means payments are simple and secure. You can also pay with Apple Pay.
Our Swedish customers can easily use to pay through Klarna, who collaborates with VISA, MasterCard, and all Swedish banks that offer direct payments: Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, and Nordea.
Delivery
Our deliveries are handled by Citymail, Early Bird, DHL, or Postnord. We ship orders every weekday, and they are delivered within Sweden 2-4 days directly to your mailbox, if possible. For purchases over 600 SEK, there is no shipping cost. The shipping cost is 60 SEK.
For deliveries within EU 3-5 days apply. DHL is used. The shipping cost is 60 SEK (approximately 5.5 EUR).
30-day return policy
At Örtfabriken, you have a 30-day right of return. For the right of withdrawal to apply, you must have collected the item from your pick-up point. The item must be unopened and undamaged.
For returns or exchanges, you pay the shipping cost yourself.
If it is a complaint due to a damaged item or if we sent the wrong item, we will refund you for the return shipping and the amount you paid for the item. We will refund the value of the item, excluding original shipping, within 30 days.

Packages that have not been collected and are returned to us are not covered by the right of withdrawal. If not collected, we regret to inform you that we must charge you 400 SEK for our administrative, shipping, and return shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sale items.

Pack the goods well so they do not get damaged during shipping.
