Pay by card and via Klarna
At Örtfabriken you can choose to pay by card or via Klarna. We are affiliated with Shopify Payments, which has an agreement with Klarna. This makes payment easy and secure. Klarna collaborates with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks that offer direct payments, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea. You can also pay with Apple Pay.
Delivery
Our deliveries are handled by Citymail, Early Bird or Postnord. We ship goods every weekday and they are delivered within 2-4 days directly to your mailbox, if possible. For purchases over 600 SEK there is no shipping cost. The shipping cost is 60 SEK.
30-day return policy
You always have a 14-day right of return. For the right of return to apply, you must have collected the item from your delivery location. The item must be unopened and undamaged.
When returning or exchanging goods, you pay the shipping costs yourself.
If it is a complaint due to damaged goods or that we shipped the wrong goods, we will refund you for the return shipping and refund what you paid for the goods. We will refund the value of the goods excluding original shipping within 30 days.
Always contact us before sending anything back.
Packages that are not picked up, but are returned to us, are not covered by the right of withdrawal. If it is not picked up, we unfortunately have to charge you 400 SEK for our costs for administration, shipping and return shipping.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sale items.
If you regret it
Pack the goods well so that they do not break during shipping.
