Happy Hormones is a dietary supplement for women for hormonal balance, for example during PMS. The tincture contains a fine balance of herbs such as Raspberry Leaf and Lady's Mantle. The herbs are supported by vitamin B6, which regulates hormonal activity.

Symptoms of PMS can include irritation and mood swings, worry and anxiety, fatigue, and difficulty sleeping. Some women experience PMS symptoms such as bloating, breast tenderness, and headaches.

Happy Hormones is Örtfabriken's own recipe. I have carefully woven together inherited herbal tradition with modern knowledge. The result is this tincture, which has become one of Örtfabriken's most beloved products.

Happy Hormones is a tincture produced according to a traditional extraction method. The herbs are allowed to macerate for four weeks before the tincture is bottled in our black glass bottles. The glass protects the contents from light and contributes to good durability. Every step of the process is done with care and without shortcuts. In your hand, you have a 100% pure and traceable product, produced by our manufacturer in accordance with ISO 22000 certification and good manufacturing practice (GMP).

The watercolor below, like the tincture, is the result of a painstaking process, created by hand by the artist Johanna Persson, not generated by AI. At Örtfabriken, it is important to work slowly, with presence and quality in focus.

  • Easy to carry the small bottle in your handbag, at work and when traveling
  • No preservatives or fillers (just herb and solvent)
  • Several years of durability (this way we preserve the plant for a long time)
