Description
Description
Lemon balm is a mild herb with a well-known citrus scent. Its Latin epithet, officinalis, means that Lemon balm was included in the lists of plants that at that time should be available in the officinale (pharmacy of the time) and were used as a medicinal plant. Lemon balm is used in cooking, but perhaps most commonly is lemon balm tea.
Our herbal tinctures are carefully designed and tested in collaboration with our growers. This tincture is made from fresh lemon balm. The black bottle from Örtfabriken protects the tincture longer than other glasses. You can read about our bottle in our blog. Maybe you'll want to reuse it for something else!
Our tincture is a dietary supplement. Dosage 10-20 drops, max 3 times/day.

How should you take your tincture drops?
How should you take your tincture drops?
Drop Örtfabrikens Lemon Balm in drops into a glass of water or juice, or take them directly under the tongue.
If you want to avoid the small amount of alcohol, you can drop the tincture into a cup of boiling water. For example, in your tea. This will evaporate the alcohol from the tincture.
Our tincture is enough for about 50 doses.
