Herbal travel pharmacy | First aid on the trip

When Örtfabriken packs for vacation, the most important thing is to take our herbs with you on the trip. Over time, I have realized that my travel pharmacy not only has a practical function, the herbs also give me security. Having a few drops of rosemary oil with me helps me unwind in the evening at the hotel. While I rub rosemary on my shoulders and neck, I gather myself after a day of too many impressions.
There are some herbs and products that I always take with me on vacation. Here is my travel medicine cabinet in descending order:
1. Echinacea in tincture form. In emergencies, when I want to quickly activate the immune system, I high-dose it with several drops per hour! Always works.
2. Tincture of Elk Grass & Yarrow. For aches, stomach and the like.
3. Spray bottle with water and essential oils such as Citronella, Oregano, Thyme, Lavender to keep ticks, gnats and mosquitoes away. Best to spray on clothes if you have sensitive skin.
4. A small bottle of precious and homemade oil. The recipe varies but I prefer to have rosemary in it. I use it for the scent and to unwind and to create a protective sphere around me.
5. I always have a tincture of Berberine with me. Right now I have access to organically grown Golden seal (Canadian carrot), but it also works with Mahonia (Oregon grape root) and Berberis. If you can't get hold of this, use Oregano oil (note: it's strong as hell, be careful). Take this as soon as something happens to your stomach, viruses or bacteria in general.
6. Örtfabriken's Emergency drops , i.e. Dr. Bach's Rescue Remedy for all forms of emergency events.
7. A small bottle of hand sanitizer.
8. A small bottle of silver water. Debated, yes. But somehow it always works. Especially as a wound care product.
9. Favorite tincture right now, which is Lion's Mane .
10. A little mallow and lemon balm as dried herbs. To make myself a tea in the evening, to unwind and feel secure. For example, if I'm in a new place and have trouble landing.
11. Probiotics in capsules. Life saver when changing your diet and eating out a lot.
Somewhere around here it's starting to get too much bottles and herbs. The toiletry bag creaks and you wonder how it's going to fit. Maybe I'll consider removing something, but it's so hard. And the fact is that they often turn out to be useful.
If you're flying you'll have to make some sacrifices. But we have our travel kit in small 10ml bottles, which saves space.
What do you bring with you on vacation as first aid?
