Herbal Infusion | Full Moon Ritual | Rose
Share with friends
It's almost the full moon. Have you tried capturing the power of the moon with the help of herbs?
This is such a nice ritual to do at a full moon. I become extra present. It's like I connect to the energy of the moon with the herbs.
♡ How do I make a full moon infusion?
Super easy. Pick herbs and fill a clean pitcher 1/3 or half full. Fill with water (preferably boil and let cool). Leave overnight, outside in the moonlight.
♡ Which herbs should I choose?
Choose herbs based on purpose. Decide if you want to work with physical, emotional, or spiritual issues. I chose rose when I made this infusion in July, as I wanted to enhance meditation on the heart. Rose is connected to the heart and is used to open the heart or for example for heartache.
Of course, you can also choose herbs based on intuition. What are you drawn to right now? What catches your interest? Which plant keeps popping up?
♡ How do I use?
Drink it as a tea (but don't let it sit longer than the next day). Use it as a face wash. Pour it into your bath and let your skin come into contact with the herbs and the energy of the full moon.
Sometimes I sprinkle the water around my home, for protection, purification, or for love.
