Herbs for Women Through Life was our entry into the herbal world. There is a deep tradition of herbs as support through the different phases of life. Not just for the menstrual cycle, but from early adolescence to life after menopause. Here is an overview of the herbs we have used the most and that we love the most.

What's beautiful about these herbs is that they are suitable for different stages of life. From puberty, through the fertile years, pre-menopause, menopause and beyond (The Crown). But we have divided the herbs according to where they are most suitable. For example, Silveraxe for menopause. Or Monk Pepper during adolescence.
Are you confused about which herb is which? Here is a simple translation:
Chasteberry = Monk pepper
Red Clover = Red clover
Black Cohosh = Black Cohosh
Lady's Mantle = Dewcoat
Dong Quai = Chinese Water Lily
Wild Yam = Yam root
