Here we share tips on books that are worth reading. There are no quick fixes when it comes to the stomach, but there is an incredible amount we can do. Through these books we have gained inspiration, new tools to work with and ultimately a more comfortable stomach.
1. Gut and Psychology Syndrome

This book made our stomach go from a total disaster to a fairly normal functioning everyday life. The author highlights the GAPS diet, which is based on broths. Mainly meat, but chicken and fish also work. The point is that the broths are gentle but nutritious. Gelatin, collagen and amino acids are supplied to the stomach and intestines.
2. Ferment: food with yeast, mold and bacteria

Fermented foods are the thing to keep your stomach in shape by adding probiotic bacteria. It's not difficult to make your own fermented foods. But you can of course also buy them. For example, fermented sauerkraut and kombucha. And if it's hard to find time - buy probiotics at your health food store.
3. DIY Digestive bitters

This book describes the sweet art of making your own bitters. Bitter herbs have been used since the Middle Ages to stimulate digestion. The book includes various recipes for tinctures. You will only need a few drops with meals.
