What characterizes adaptogenic herbs and mushrooms?
♡ Adaptogenic herbs help us cope with external stressors
♡ Adaptogens are often roots (roots are tough and strong) but also mushrooms ( medicinal mushrooms )
♡ Many adaptogens grow in exposed places in harsh climates
♡ Adaptogens don't give you a quick hit (they're not like caffeine)
♡ Adaptogens are not addictive
Use adaptogens over a longer, consistent period for best results. For example, daily for three weeks. In other words, these are not herbs you use for a quick boost.

In the picture you see some of our most famous adaptogens. It is a blend of both herbs and mushrooms. Ashwagandha is perhaps the most notorious, but also the king of mushrooms Chaga. We have included a blend of stimulating, balancing and calming adaptogens.
At Örtfabriken you will find several mushrooms in tincture and our popular Happy Energy with adaptogenic herbs. Schisandra is found in our peppery and poppy Love&Joy .
